Terms of use

Purpose of the service

Senior Bath Quotelets a visitor describe an accessible bathroom project, receive a call back from Digitori LLC to confirm the details and, with the visitor’s agreement, have it passed to one independent contractor who can survey the room and quote in writing. Senior Bath Quote is an independent guide to making a bathroom safe to keep using: it sells no product and represents no manufacturer, so it can tell you when a walk-in tub is the wrong answer, and when you want the work done it passes your request to a qualified local pro.

What using this site does not create

• No contract for work of any kind between you and Senior Bath Quote.
• No guarantee that a specialist will contact you, quote, or be available.
• No design for your bathroom, no medical advice, and no claim that any product prevents falls or injuries.
• No commitment on price, schedule or method.

Your obligations

The information you submit should be accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you should be entitled to commission work on the property concerned or to be acting for someone who is. Submitting projects you have no intention of pursuing, or somebody else’s contact details, is a misuse of the service.

Content on this site

The pages are written to be accurate and are reviewed on a stated date. They are general explanation, not a design for a specific bathroom. Product specifications, accessibility guidance and consumer rules change; any statement that matters to a decision should be verified against its current source before signing anything.

Limits of liability

Senior Bath Quote is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor, and is not responsible for the work performed, the products supplied, the price charged, the sales conduct of any company, the financing offered or any consequence of them.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. Interruptions, maintenance and changes to the content are expected and are not a breach of anything.
